A company is looking for an Associate Director, Site Budgeting and Contracting. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor Site Budgeting and Contracting staff while developing and delivering the SB&C plan Oversee SB&C processes, including budget setup, negotiation parameters, and escalation management Support complex projects within Study Startup and implement innovative processes and methodologies Required Qualifications BS degree or international equivalent required; advanced degree preferred 8+ years in clinical research site contracting and budgeting, with increasing responsibility 5+ years of direct experience in global site budgeting and contracting oversight Experience in line management and matrix environments Proficiency with software models and database structures
