A company is looking for an Associate Director, Procurement and Contracts. Key Responsibilities Lead procurement and contract activities on multiple projects, managing the Procurement & Contracts team Develop procurement strategies and manage the full lifecycle of solicitations Draft, review, and negotiate design and construction contracts while ensuring compliance with client objectives and regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 8 to 12 years of experience in construction procurement, contract management, and advisory within the AEC industry Strong working knowledge of design and construction procurement methods and AIA contract forms Proficiency in contract management platforms and compliance with industry regulations Preferred certifications such as MRICS, MCIArb, CPCM, CCM, or equivalent
