A company is looking for an Associate Director Digital Workplace and IT Operations. Key Responsibilities Drive the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the digital workplace ecosystem Oversee IT Service Management processes and ensure alignment with ITIL best practices Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop environments for enhanced user experience Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 10-15 years of progressive IT experience, including 5 years in a leadership role Experience managing enterprise MDM, SCCM, AVD, and O365 environments Proven success in leading ITSM and Service Desk transformations Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Certified) are a plus
