A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager - RN - Full-time (Remote U.S. within Alaska Time Zone Hours). Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations for Clinical Operations and supervise clinical support staff Develop and maintain procedures for departmental goals and monitor business metrics Coordinate all aspects of clinical operations including scheduling, program management, and issue resolution Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Alaska or ability to obtain within three months Bachelor's degree 5+ years of operations management experience in Medicaid or healthcare Strong knowledge of federal regulations related to utilization management Expertise in employee development and performance management
