Key Responsibilities Own the entire affiliate program lifecycle, from partner identification to management and optimization Identify and integrate a diverse range of partners, including sports publications and display networks Collaborate with external agencies to execute partnership strategies while ensuring compliance and performance standards Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing and building affiliate programs in US Sports Betting or regulated gaming Proven experience in launching an affiliate program from scratch in a highly regulated market Expert technical proficiency with Impact.com Strong negotiation skills for securing partnership agreements Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
