A company is looking for a Manager, Account Management to lead their expanding Account Management team. Key Responsibilities Oversee account management representatives to ensure understanding of client needs and drive net dollar retention Manage and report on key operational metrics for team and individual performance Develop relationships with senior client stakeholders to identify additional sales opportunities Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience leading Enterprise Sales / Account Management teams Experience managing a gross revenue quota of $10m+ annually Familiarity with negotiating deals above $100k in ACV Strong understanding of account plans and performance tracking Analytical mindset with the ability to turn metrics into actionable decisions
