Full Description

Description: • Remote position: Bilingual Front Desk Virtual Assistant for a property management team • First point of contact delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and providing administrative support • Support multiple departments including Leasing and Maintenance, ensuring communication, documentation, and coordination of services for managed properties • Answer and route incoming calls; communicate with property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal staff • Document communications clearly and accurately; assist in resolving customer inquiries and escalate when necessary • Maintain records of key property information; advertise vacant units; prepare and manage leasing documents and move-in sheets • Process rental applications and ensure documentation is filed correctly • Coordinate appointments for third-party visits, maintenance vendors, and auto-showings • Review and assign maintenance service requests daily; follow up on open work orders and assist with after-hours maintenance as needed • Communicate work status updates and coordinate seasonal/routine maintenance (e.g., sprinkler activation, winterization) Requirements: • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish • High school diploma or equivalent required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal software systems (training provided) • Ability to manage multiple phone lines and prioritize tasks efficiently • High attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping • Team player with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset • A fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps with internet backup available • At least 8-gen i3 processors, 8GB RAM, and Windows or MAC, SSD Disc Benefits:
