Urgent Hiring: Cold Caller - Business Development Representative (Fulltime) EARN UP TO 100K+ ANNUALLY (Base + Performance Incentives) Client Qualifications: - Age: 22-28 years old - Experience: 1-3 years in sales/outbound calling - Language: Medium to High English proficiency - Tech Skills: CRM systems, dialers, Google tools - Call Volume: Comfortable with high-volume calling - Schedule: Available for US PST hours + weekend flexibility - Setup: Reliable internet (75+ Mbps) + backup power Role Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers Present and promote services effectively Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details Meet daily/weekly call targets
