Content Strategy & Planning • Build and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram and other relevant platforms • Collaborate closely with Indya to shape messaging, hooks, and narrative flow Video Editing (Core Responsibility) • Edit all short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) • Cut raw footage into compelling, scroll-stopping videos with strong hooks in the first 1–3 seconds • Add captions, on-screen text, graphics, sound effects, and pacing aligned with the brand aesthetic • Optimize videos for platform-specific best practices (aspect ratio, timing, captions, trends) • Maintain consistent visual style, fonts, color usage, and overall brand polish Posting & Follower Growth • Schedule content, write captions, and monitor performance to refine posting cadence • Track engagement metrics (saves, shares, comments, follower growth) to improve results • Stay current on social media trends, audio, and format changes • Actively grow followers by engaging with relevant accounts and creators • Engage with followers via comments and DMs Analytics & Key Insights • Track and report monthly performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth) • Identify patterns and replicate top-performing content strategies
