Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat and email. Assist customers with product-related questions, including details about meat cuts and seasonings. Handle escalated issues such as shipping delays, incorrect or missing items, and delivery concerns. Process refunds and exchanges in accordance with established company guidelines. Deliver empathetic, professional, and customer-focused communication at all times. Log and track all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system (HubSpot). Meet or exceed service level targets, including response time and resolution quality metrics. Collaborate with team members to improve support efficiency continuously and customer satisfaction.
