Job Description • Update and maintain CRM records (Lofty) • Keep all lead profiles accurate and current • Manage closing process checklists inside the CRM • Clean up outdated tags/notes and organize contacts Potential additional tasks: • Track new leads entering the CRM • Watch for user activity on website and notify Mike that someone may be ready for follow-up • Data entry Skill Set • Proficient in using CRM systems to manage client information, track interactions, and maintain accurate records. • Demonstrates high attention to detail, ensuring all data, communications, and deliverables are accurate and consistently organized. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads efficiently, and maintain structured workflows.
