Data Analyst Location: Remote | Time Zone: Americas (8AM–5PM PT) About Virtasant Virtasant is a global technology company delivering large-scale cloud, data, and AI solutions for some of the world’s leading organizations. The Role Virtasant is seeking an Data Analyst to support internal and client-facing workflows through structured communication, documentation, and task execution. This role blends operational precision with digital content creation, requiring strong process discipline and the ability to work seamlessly across tools and teams in a cloud-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and publish clear, repeatable task lists and process documentation. Create and edit high-quality written and visual content using AI-assisted tools. Collaborate with distributed teams via Slack, email, and Quip to ensure smooth project execution. Use Keynote, Numbers, and Excel to prepare presentations, reports, and structured data sets. Review, edit, and improve written materials for clarity, tone, and accuracy. Track progress, follow up on deliverables, and support continuous process improvement. Must-Have Skills Proficiency with Keynote, Numbers/Excel, Slack, Email, and Quip. Strong written communication and editorial skills. Highly process-oriented with proven ability to design and maintain structured workflows. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work US hours (8AM–5PM PT). Nice-to-Haves Mid programming experience or technical curiosity. Experience with AI-driven content creation (text and image). Understanding of cloud offerings and infrastructure planning workflows. Experience working in globally distributed teams or cloud consultancies. Soft Skills & Work Style Exceptional communication skills: written, visual, and interpersonal.
