A company is looking for a Senior People Data Analyst. Key Responsibilities • Partner with stakeholders to implement, optimize, and maintain Workday while ensuring data integrity • Design and maintain scalable people analytics solutions, including dashboards and reports • Perform advanced data analysis to support workforce planning and operational decision-making Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or related data analytics roles • Advanced expertise in Excel or Google Sheets • Hands-on experience with Workday implementation and maintenance • Strong technical skills in SQL and data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI • Experience in a fast-growing, scaling organization
