This is a remote position. Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for a confident Sales Account Executive to help drive sales for a fast-paced equipment/machinery manufacturing company. Ideally, this position is based on the west coast, but for the right candidate our Client is willing to consider all candidates in the US. Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing (www.viridianstaffing.com) is the Original Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry. Ideally, you'll be bringing with you a cannabis book of business to grow the number of production facilities using the product, while providing a consultative selling approach with existing customers as well. You are not only a confident closer, but are known for your exceptional customer service, negotiation skills, proven communication skills, and your ability to build lasting relationships with customers. You'll have the opportunity to utilize your expert level knowledge of the company's products to elevate the brand's community profile. If you have proven success in driving growth in companies, are great at establishing credibility & rapport with clients, and building professional relationships, then this could be the right role for you. Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for use for everyday job functions Proven success with cold calling and email marketing 2+ Years of proven success in B2B Sales, preferably selling equipment, machinery, or other tools in to Cannabis Production facilities CRM experience and Microsoft Office (including Excel) or Google suite experience (including sheets, Drive and Calendar) A growth mindset, are coachable and are willing to do what it takes to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME), as there is a great deal of information to learn about the equipment and then convey that information to customers. Ability to forecast monthly projections Exceptional Client Relationship building and written/verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: In depth understanding of Florida Cannabis compliance laws for the cannabis industry Compensation: $55K Base/Draw for 1st 3 months - Then state/municipality minimum wage. 7-14% Commission Viridian Enterprises LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
