This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys handling a variety of administrative tasks, and has strong customer service experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients, families, and vendors via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Manage a high volume of administrative tasks, including data entry, schedule tracking, and record-keeping. Answer and route calls efficiently, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly. Maintain and update client and caregiver files accurately. Assist with onboarding new caregivers and coordinating schedules. Support the office team with daily operations, including correspondence, filing, and reporting. Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in healthcare or home care. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software. Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
