Maintain and update client and caregiver files accurately. Assist with onboarding new caregivers and coordinating schedules. Support the office team with daily operations, including correspondence, filing, and reporting. Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in healthcare or home care. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
