What Will I Be Doing as a Customer Service and Sales Associate? • Launch structured outreach campaigns across assigned zones to promote AT&T’s wireless, fiber, and bundled services using approved engagement workflows. • Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals with integrity and professionalism. • Guide service selection by assessing connectivity goals, budget priorities, and household usage patterns to position tailored solutions. • Maintain CRM accuracy by logging account updates, tracking pipeline movement, and documenting service milestones to support campaign visibility. • Process service orders, manage documentation workflows, and coordinate provisioning readiness to meet delivery benchmarks. • Share territory insights and enrollment trends to refine outreach strategy, improve conversion rates, and support retention goals. • Identify upselling opportunities and recommend service enhancements that align with household needs and campaign objectives.
