Overview The Quality Improvement Specialist for Human Services will perform and participate in activities to facilitate continuous quality improvement throughout the company. Monitor regulatory compliance; consult with and support programs around quality improvement plans and activities. Track and ensure the integrity of data. Responsibilities The Quality Improvement Specialist has a range of duties including: Conduct record audits for regulatory compliance. Investigate abuse and neglect allegations in compliance with State regulations Serve as subject matter experts with electronic health records. Assist in the development of quality improvement plans and track progress of plans. Consult with programs and management around quality issues. Provide suggestions for improvement. Conduct on-site visits, as necessary. Manage and complete day-to-day tasks associated with CT Quality Department projects. Ensure timelines are met. Problem solve issues, whenever necessary.
