Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, logistics coordination, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, process improvement strategies, and safety standards such as OSHA regulations. This role is vital in maintaining smooth distribution processes, supporting e-commerce fulfillment, and managing materials handling activities within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities and Duties Operational Leadership & Logistics • Supervise and organize the warehouse space to ensure efficient and smooth operations across receiving, staging, and loading areas. • Assign tasks to warehouse staff and monitor the progress of order picking activities throughout the day, intervening as needed to address delays or issues. • Report any operational problems, team challenges, or significant issues directly to the Warehouse Manager. Inventory & Order Processing • Arrange the order picking and packing sequence for Amazon FBA or wholesale orders to ensure all orders are completed within required timeframes. • Manage inventory, including arranging bin locations for new products and optimizing picking processes to maximize efficiency. • Accurately relabel, palletize, and record weights and dimensions for shipments according to order requirements. Receiving & Quality Control • Unload containers, thoroughly inspect incoming items, and promptly identify and report any damages or quantity discrepancies. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate closely with the ECOM team to address and resolve any FBA-related issues. • Partner with the Sales team to address and resolve any wholesale trucking-related issues. Qualifications and Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. • Minimum of 2 years of Forklift experience (stand-up, sit-down, or reach truck). • Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is required to effectively communicate with staff, carriers, and international partners. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a small team. • Familiarity with inventory management systems and E-commerce (Amazon FBA) processes is a plus.
