Job Profile: • * Provide Tier 3/4 wireless network engineering support on Wireless LTE backup Network solutions • Responsible for advanced support of wireless network issue analysis / triage & resolution (RCA) • Service Integration, Testing, and services provisioning of CPEs in OSS and advanced configuration of network links • Pro-active analysis & preventive measure to be taken to ensure no surge in tickets during onboarding process • Strengthened the process & documented the understandings, create MOPs / manuals (fix / triage) to minimize ticket AHT Skill Requirements: • * 7 to 10 years' experience in IP Data Network and Wireless Network Engineering & Advanced Support • Proficiency in Advanced IP Data Network & Wireless Networking Knowledge • Good knowledge on Enterprise wireless Access points, Controllers, LTE, SIM provisioning, Bridging, Switching, Routing, Ethernet and Transport technologies and protocols • Good to have Cisco Certified Wireless network Professional (CCNP ), Wireless industry and vendor specific training (Cisco, Ariss, Craddlepoint & Ruckus, etc.) • Good knowledge of OSS / IT provisioning & Integration
