Looking for someone who can work a minimum of three 5-hour shifts per week. Number of positions: One Department: 292-Registrar's Office Contact Name: Patty Capkin Contact Phone/Extension: 610-519-4038 Position Summary Information Job Description Summary: The Office of the Registrar is seeking a graduate student for the role of Project Coordinator on our Communications Team to support the office with a variety of projects and responsibilities including creating content for a community newsletter, formatting and designing a newsletter within a communication software tool, preparing mass email reminders for students and faculty, updating the office webpages, preparing presentation slides, creating materials to promote special events, and maintaining the office communication calendar. Requirements: Applicants should have excellent time-management skills, strong writing and listening skills and the ability to manage a variety of moving parts of a project. Additional Information: Candidate should have completed an undergraduate degree and currently seeking a Villanova graduate program in a writing intensive area, and/or in communications or marketing.
