Dining/Culinary Services Director – Village Concepts of Bothell, Riverside East Village Concepts of Bothell, Riverside East is currently hiring a Dining/Culinary Services Director who shares our passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for seniors. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining high-quality dining services while managing the daily operations of the kitchen and dining staff. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of meal planning, food preparation, service, and sanitation • Manage food, supplies, and labor budgets effectively • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards • Maintain accurate records and monitor inventory, ensuring proper rotation of food products • Participate in cooking duties 4 days per week • Hire, schedule, train, and evaluate dining services staff • Conduct regular meetings with residents and their families to ensure satisfaction and address concerns Qualifications: • Proven experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations • Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Ability to pass a DSHS background check • Valid food handler’s permit • Comfortable using computers and basic software • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills What We Offer: • Pay: $33–$35 per hour, depending on experience • Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-6:30pm • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • Matching IRA, company-paid life insurance, paid holidays, and PTO • Supportive team environment If you’re a dedicated professional with a heart for serving seniors and a commitment to culinary excellence, we’d love to have you join our team!
