What You'll Do: - You will conduct worldwide training sessions for service partners to enhance their technical skills and product knowledge. - You will diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues on-site to minimize downtime. - You will perform repairs and maintenance on advanced detection equipment with precision and efficiency. - You will collaborate with the engineering and support teams to provide feedback and improve product functionality. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and training sessions. - You will travel internationally to support customers and service partners in various locations. - You will ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or technical support roles, preferably in detection or security technology. - Strong diagnostic and repair skills with a solid understanding of electronic and mechanical systems. - Excellent communication and training abilities to effectively convey technical information. - Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time. - Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software relevant to field service operations. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with X-ray or radiation detection equipment. - Technical certification or degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field. - Multilingual skills to support diverse global customers. - Previous experience working in a global service environment.
