What You'll Do: - You will conduct worldwide training sessions for service partners to ensure proper maintenance and operation of Viken Detection products. - You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on-site, providing timely and effective repairs. - You will perform routine maintenance and calibration of detection equipment to maintain optimal functionality. - You will collaborate with the engineering and support teams to communicate field feedback and improve product reliability. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and training sessions. - You will travel internationally to customer sites, adapting to diverse environments and client needs. - You will ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities. What You Bring: - You have at least 3 years of experience in field service or technical support roles, preferably in detection or electronic equipment. - You possess strong diagnostic and repair skills with a solid understanding of electronic systems. - You have excellent communication skills to effectively train and support service partners globally. - You are comfortable with international travel and adapting to various cultural and work environments. - You hold a relevant technical certification or degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with X-ray or security detection equipment. - Multilingual abilities, especially in languages relevant to our global customer base. - Familiarity with software tools used for remote diagnostics and reporting. - Previous experience working in a global service or support role.
