What You'll Do: - You will conduct worldwide training sessions for service partners to ensure proper use and maintenance of Viken Detection products. - You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with detection equipment both remotely and on-site. - You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. - You will collaborate with the engineering and customer support teams to resolve complex technical challenges. - You will document service activities and provide detailed reports to support continuous improvement. - You will travel internationally to customer sites, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of product developments and industry trends. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or technical support roles, preferably in security or detection technology. - Strong diagnostic and repair skills with electronic and mechanical systems. - Excellent communication and training abilities to effectively transfer knowledge. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a global environment. - Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with X-ray or radiation detection equipment. - Technical certification or degree in electronics, engineering, or related field. - Multilingual skills to support diverse international clients. - Familiarity with CRM and service management software.
