What You'll Do: - You will conduct comprehensive training sessions for service partners globally to enhance their technical skills and product knowledge. - You will diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues on-site to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability. - You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance on detection equipment to maintain peak operational efficiency. - You will collaborate with the engineering and customer support teams to resolve technical challenges and improve service processes. - You will document service activities and provide detailed reports to support continuous improvement. - You will travel internationally to customer sites, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in diverse environments. - You will ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities. What You Bring: - You have at least 3 years of experience in field service or technical support roles, preferably in the detection or security industry. - You possess strong diagnostic and repair skills with a solid understanding of electronic and mechanical systems. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support service partners. - You are proficient in using diagnostic tools and software relevant to field service operations. - You hold a valid driver’s license and are willing to travel internationally up to 50% of the time. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with X-ray or radiation detection equipment. - Technical certifications related to electronics or field service. - Multilingual abilities to support diverse global customers. - Previous experience working in a global service environment.
