Job Description:Project Manager/Co-Ordinator Start Date: 5th Jan 2026 Contract Type: Contract to Hire Compensation: $40 – $75 per hour Location: US, Remote Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM PST Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager/Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of internal teams and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects as planned. The Project Manager/Coordinator will define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle. Key Responsibilities • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents. • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner. • Track project milestones and deliverables. • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans. • Define project success criteria and communicate them to all relevant parties throughout the project life cycle. • Be hands-on and configure the Platform to build out apps for customers using the Platform. Required Qualifications • Excellent understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet. • Bonus: Experience with Field Service Management processes in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, telecom, or construction. Education and Experience • Associate of Science in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 6–10 years of proven experience in project management within SaaS or enterprise software environments. Pay: $40.00 - $75.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
