Commercial Lines/Property & Casualty Account Manager Full-time/Permanent with Direct Client Houston, TX (Onsite) Responsibilities & Requirements • Support Sales Executives by analyzing client needs, preparing and submitting applications, managing quotes, renewals, policy changes, audits, and ensuring timely follow-up with carriers. • Issue and verify binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and related documents. Handle billing, invoicing, collections, and process cancellations in line with agency procedures. • Prepare insurance summaries, schedules, proposals, and respond promptly to incoming mail and client requests. Assist clients with reporting claims and follow up with carriers for updates. • Identify coverage needs, recommend appropriate insurance solutions, and maintain effective relationships with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal teams. • Stay updated on industry products, regulations, technology, and market trends. Communicate clearly to interpret and explain complex information. • Requirements: Active Property & Casualty License; 3–5 years independent agency experience; background in insurance sales; strong knowledge of insurance markets, rating, and underwriting; Applied EPIC experience preferred.
