Skill : OCI SME/ Architect Location : 100% Remote Duration : Full-time/ Direct-Hire Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) SME (or) Architect with extensive experience and specialized knowledge in Oracle Database, EBS Apps Administration, implementing IDCS and FM. Experience in Exadata Cloud Service (ExaCS) and Engineered Systems will be an added advantage. This role requires in-depth understanding of architecting and implementation of Oracle Cloud technologies. Qualifications: • Strong experience in Oracle EBS Apps Administration. • Hands-on experience architecting Oracle Cloud solutions. • Profound grasp of public sector or government compliance standards and security requisites. • Proven expertise in architecting solutions that harness for high availability, scalability, and top-tier performance. • Adept understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) components beyond Exadata, encompassing compute, storage, and networking. • Skillful at integrating Oracle Cloud services and infrastructure components to create harmonious solutions. • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, proficient in guiding technical discussions and offering team guidance. • Strong problem-solving aptitude and adeptness at diagnosing complex issues. • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, automation, and scripting languages. • Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is advantageous. • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and/or Exadata Cloud Service Certifications are highly valued. Responsibilities: • Plan, Configure and Deploy a Cloud Solution. • Monitor and manage SLAs by proactively monitoring Oracle Cloud systems. • Create a well-informed cloud strategy and manage the adaption process. • Regularly evaluate cloud applications, hardware, and software. • Develop and organize cloud systems. • Work closely with IT security to monitor the company's cloud privacy. • Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner. • Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud. • Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company. • Understanding Customer’s business requirements and leading technical solution development using Oracle’s cloud capabilities. • Participate in Proof of Concepts workshops for new solutions on Oracle Cloud. • Develop collaborative working relationships with sales, product management, development and other functional areas within Oracle, continuously contributing towards Product enhancements and increasing Cloud consumption. • Execute on engagement including coordinating scoping and delivery in a timeline for delivery engagements. • Build and nurture relationships with Customers to drive various enablement and implementation activities on OCI.
