About us • Answer phone calls and route to specific people • Take and deliver messages • Answer customer inquiries about services and procedures of the company • Greet visitors warmly • Receive clients and collect all the information and assign it to lender and agents • Arrange appointments and follow-up scheduled appointments • Ensure reception area is tidy • Send email and faxes • Operate office machines such as; photocopies, fax, scanners, personal computer • Prepare a weekly report of customer served • Keep tracking of source of new customers coming or calling • Retrieve file for personnel • Be part of the schedule staff meetings • And any other duties related to the office Work Remotely • No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour Education: • Associate (Preferred) Experience: • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Language: • Spanish (Required) Work Location: In person
