Job Summary The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of product development, with a primary focus on managing manufacturing processes and white labeling initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for driving innovation in product creation. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of product lifecycles, from ideation to market delivery, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for product development, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Ideation Innovation: Spearhead idea generation for new products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop concepts that align with market demands and company goals. Manufacturing Oversight: Manage manufacturing workflows, ensuring efficient production processes, quality control, and adherence to timelines. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to optimize production. White Labeling Strategy: Develop and implement white labeling strategies, including sourcing reliable partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring brand consistency across white-labeled products. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to align product development with business objectives. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in manufacturing and white labeling processes, developing mitigation plans to ensure project success. Budget Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficient manufacturing and white labeling operations. Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs to measure project success, manufacturing efficiency, and white labeling outcomes, providing regular updates to leadership. Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements in manufacturing and white labeling to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and accelerate time-to-market. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus. Experience: o 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing or white labeling. o Proven track record of managing complex product development projects from ideation to launch. o Experience working with external manufacturing partners and white labeling agreements. Skills: o Strong project management skills, with expertise in tools like MS Project, Asana, or Trello. o Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and white labeling strategies. o Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and external partners. o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
