8+ years in medical SaaS or healthtech sales/business development, experience selling into community or specialty clinics, ability to run pilots and expand accounts, local to Utah for in-person engagements.
Job Title: VP, Medical Business Development Location: Lehi, Utah (Hybrid) In this role, you will be a doer, builder, and strategist to drive new market expansion into the medical space. You will have a massive impact within the business's bottom line. Youll break-into the healthcare market for VIBE as an ICP target sales motion. This job will be building the network, breaking into small to mid-sized clinics to sell VIBE products at scale. What Youll Do • Develop & launch the GTM strategy for healthcare business development • Land the first two accounts, validating product market fit, and then expanding. • Own sales execution for SMB clinics (50500 providers) in Utah and surrounding markets. • Run the end-to-end sales cycles: Prospecting demos pilots expansion. • Build strong relationships with Medical Directors, Practice Administrators, and Compliance Officers. • Lead pilot deployments of our Clinic Starter Kit (device + SaaS bundle) and expand wins into full contracts. • Work with partners (MSPs, EHR resellers like athena/NextGen/eCW) to generate pipeline. • Provide direct customer feedback to product/leadership to sharpen positioning. • Long term grow the medical sales team, developing compensation structure, trainings, and hiring. What Were Looking For • 8+ years of experience in the medical spaces • Operations, sales, and/or business development experience in medical SaaS / healthtech (EHR add-ons, telehealth, RCM, or ambient scribe). • Proven track record selling into community or specialty clinics (not just enterprise hospitals). • Knows how to run fast pilots with clinical champions and expand accounts. • Comfortable with solution selling and explaining compliance/ROI to practice admins. • Local to Utah, with ability to meet customers in person and support early deployments.
