Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our hotel or resort. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and managing reservations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Must work weekends Duties • Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly check-in experience. • Manage guest reservations, including modifications and cancellations, ensuring accuracy in the system. • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction. • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. • Assist with any special requests or needs from guests to ensure their comfort during their stay. Skills • Proven experience in guest services or customer service roles within the hospitality industry is preferred. • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. • Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus; experience in night audit processes is advantageous. • Ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and empathy. • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele. • A background in hospitality management is beneficial but not mandatory. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all interactions with guests.
