Duties & Responsibilities: Inventory Manager • Resource & Inventory Operations Management The Inventory Manager is responsible for effective resource management to ensure all daily operational activities are completed accurately and on schedule. This includes overseeing the receiving, stocking, transporting, and distribution of materials, as well as ensuring that all required daily inventory counts are completed, verified, and properly documented. The role ensures optimal workflow, proper allocation of labor and equipment, and adherence to established inventory control processes to maintain accuracy and operational efficiency. • Inventory Coordination Across Departments • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and quality control teams to meet ongoing inventory requirements. • Verify that components are available, meet required specifications, and resolve discrepancies to prevent production delays. • Inventory Management and Component Availability • Ensure all inventory items are available, properly staged, and ready for use, with a focus on high-mix, electronic assemblies. • Organize and prepare components with correct documentation, handling procedures, and packaging standards. • Follow stock rotation procedures to minimize damage, reduce aging inventory, and prevent misplacement • Monitoring and Identifying Potential Shortages • Continuously monitor inventory levels and proactively identify potential shortages or risks. • Communicate with the procurement team to address stockout risks and ensure timely replenishment. Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements: Qualifications: • HS Diploma or equivalent is required; Post-Secondary degree preferred • 5+ years of Inventory/Materials experience + demonstrated leadership experience • Ability to solve complex problems • MS Office experience required If you have what it takes to push boundaries and seize opportunities, apply to join our team today.
