Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Finance Analyst role will make an impact: The Financial Analyst within the Transformation Office plays a critical role in supporting the company’s enterprise-wide transformation agenda. This position provides financial analysis, reporting, and insights that enable disciplined decision-making, track performance against transformation goals, and ensure delivery of cost savings, efficiency initiatives, and reinvestments into growth in our generics, established brands and innovative portfolio. The role supports the Transformation Office to provide visibility into progress, risks, and opportunities. Key responsibilities for this role include: Support and enhance financial dashboards, scorecards, and tracking mechanisms to monitor progress of transformation initiatives. Prepare decks that connect financial outcomes to transformation progress. Consolidate financial results and prepare reporting packages highlighting insights, risks, and variance analysis. Analyze cost savings initiatives, ROI, and efficiency programs to ensure alignment with overall business strategy. Provide scenario modeling, forecasting, and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making. Support business case development and validation of assumptions for new initiatives. Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, R&D, Finance, and enabling functions to gather inputs and validate outcomes. Support Transformation Office governance by preparing materials for steering committees and executive updates. Ensure that reporting aligns with corporate finance standards, policies, and audit requirements. Leverage tools and technology to further advance the reporting capabilities in the Transformation Office Support other transformation or strategic initiatives as needed. Modeling of data/story telling via powerpoint. Below are examples of the kinds of slides this role will be responsible for creating: One-page summary of transformation financial impact (savings, reinvestments, ROI). Heatmap or dashboard view of initiative status (on track, at risk, off track). Savings Bridge: Before vs. after cost baseline, showing progress toward targets. Waterfall Charts: Illustrating impact of individual initiatives on EBITDA, OPEX, or revenue. Trend Charts: Actuals vs. forecast vs. target over time. Tables or visuals showing initiative-level progress, timelines, and financial contribution. Variance analysis (planned vs. actual savings, root causes, corrective actions). “What if” modeling slides for leadership decisions (e.g., different reinvestment strategies). Risk & Mitigation: Financial implications of risks, with contingency plans. Milestone Status: Key deliverables achieved vs. upcoming. Drill-down views by function (e.g., Operations, Commercial, R&D) or geography. Pie charts / bar charts showing contribution by function or region. Benchmark comparisons (internal vs. external, industry peers). Slides highlighting examples such as process efficiencies, automation savings, or headcount productivity metrics. The minimum qualifications for this role are: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field and a minimum of 2 to 5 years of tax experience required. MBA/master’s degree preferred. Related experience and/or education may be considered. Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Ability to navigate confidential initiatives. Experience in transformation programs, project management, or change initiatives is a plus. Ability to work in a dynamic environment including remote and in-person settings. This role has flexibility for remote work. Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $41,000.00 - $93,000.00 USD.
