Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Public Health, International Policy, or Economics, along with at least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis and Research. Experience in the Healthcare Industry is preferred, along with strong skills in Excel and Powerpoint.

Support development of policy positions and other collateral with primary research, data analysis and drafting. Monitor policy developments to identify trends and support engagement in above-country policy engagement, as well as supporting in-market policy activity as needed in collaboration with local Policy teams. Provide project coordination and support for various department workstreams. Key responsibilities for this role include: Conduct research and analysis on policy topics and assist with drafting of policy positions and other policy collateral, including presentations, reports, briefing materials and papers on assigned topics. Develop and conduct data analysis in support of Viatris policy and corporate affairs initiatives and prepare presentations and reports. Create Excel data models and maintain data repositories. Monitor, track and summarize global policy developments. Provide summaries to department management. Coordinate internal meetings as assigned; project manage key deliverables and provide updates to department management. Attend meetings and events with and on behalf of policy staff on priority issues. Assist manager with intern and student worker program, especially training and day-to-day assistance in workload. Attend relevant global health conferences and events and monitor academic literature; provide summaries to department management. Perform other duties as assigned. The minimum qualifications for this role are: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required. Specialization in Public Health, International Policy, Economics, preferred. Minimum of 2 years in Data Analysis and Research required. Minimum of 2 years in Healthcare Industry preferred. Strong understanding and experience with Excel, Powerpoint, IQVIA data sets, and ability to learn quickly new databases and analysis tools. Excellent writing skills. International experience, including experience living outside the US and/or multilingual capabilities. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is: $41,000 - $93,000.
