VIATEQ is looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for warm, qualified leads generated by our Sales Development Associates. You’ll conduct discovery calls, understand customer needs, and assess fit to determine whether there’s potential for a partnership with our client’s business. From there, you’ll nurture the relationship, manage the sales process through early-stage discussions, and work closely with your Sales Manager to close deals. This position is fully remote and requires a reliable internet connection. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct discovery and qualification calls with warm leads provided by Sales Development Associates. * Engage with potential clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and decision-making processes. * Present and articulate our clients’ business offerings clearly and persuasively. * Identify high-potential opportunities and move them forward in the sales pipeline. * Collaborate with other Account Executives or Sales Manager to support deal strategy and closing efforts. * Maintain detailed records of interactions, opportunities, and progress within the CRM. * Provide feedback to marketing and lead-generation teams on lead quality and campaign performance. * Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly goals related to opportunity conversion and pipeline growth. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE: * 2-5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a similar client-facing role. * Proven success in conducting consultative sales conversations and qualifying leads. * Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills. * Ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into tailored solutions. * Experience using CRM systems and sales tools. * Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up skills. * Motivated by goals, collaboration, and professional growth. COMPENSATION RANGE: $50,000-70,000. This represents the typical base compensation range for this position based on experience, location, and other factors.
