VIATEQ is looking for a detail-oriented and impact-driven AI Data Analyst to support the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered solutions for our clients using platforms like Cresta and Kore.ai. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of data, technology, and business, helping enterprise clients unlock actionable insights and continuously improve AI systems. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze structured and unstructured data from Cresta and Kore.ai solutions to uncover trends, user behaviors, and optimization opportunities. * Design and deliver data dashboards, performance reports, and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders. * Support the creation and refinement of AI models, intent libraries, dialog flows, and automation rules based on data insights. * Monitor and evaluate KPIs such as bot containment, response quality, agent assist adoption, deflection rates, and CSAT. * Collaborate with AI architects, product designers, and client teams to ensure solutions are both impactful and measurable. * Identify opportunities to improve system performance, automate tasks, or personalize interactions using data. * Maintain data integrity and consistency across reporting tools, platforms, and integrations. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: * Experience working with AI platforms (ideally Cresta and Kore.ai) * Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using tools such as SQL, Excel, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau * Understanding of conversational AI, chatbot analytics, or agent assist performance metrics * Ability to translate data into actionable insights for business and technical teams * Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills * Familiarity with NLP, intent analysis, or conversation logs * Experience working with APIs or exporting data from no-code/low-code platforms * Any Kore.ai certifications (a plus, not required) COMPENSATION RANGE: $60,000-100,000.
