Job Description Brand strategy & management Create and execute strategies to build brand awareness, enhance brand perception, and drive client loyalty. Establish and maintain corporate narrative, value proposition, and messaging in alignment with our company purpose and strategy. Own brand architecture and identity, including visual and verbal elements. Identify and implement brand activation opportunities, including sponsorships and advertising. Supervise the development, maintenance, and distribution of brand assets such as logos, visual elements, and messaging. Oversee the consistent application of the company’s brand strategy, identity, and positioning across all platforms and touchpoints, including marketing materials, website content, and client interactions. Help ensure the Vialto brand is elevated, differentiated, and consistently activated across all channels, products, services, campaigns, and markets. Coordinate closely with the client experience team to ensure on-brand execution at all company events. Capture and analyze key metrics and feedback to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and make data-driven decisions. Content strategy Develop and lead the global deployment of a comprehensive multimedia, omnichannel content strategy and continuously evolving content practice to support business and brand objectives. Identify new content opportunities and formats to engage the target audience and drive business results. Ensure all content is consistent with brand, style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for the various user experiences across all appropriate channels. Identify and develop content to support every part of the client journey. Supervise the management and maintenance of audience personas, content inventories and audits, SEO strategies, and competitive audits. Develop and oversee the information architecture for Vialto.com and affiliate sites. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth for content as a strategic function in the business and oversee ongoing measurement protocols. Establish and maintain best practice governance to assure content cohesion and relevance across all the markets that Vialto serves. Manage editorial calendars, tone of voice, and storytelling frameworks. Oversee in-house and agency teams responsible for content development and creative assets. Content operations Oversee the distribution of content across various platforms, including websites, social media, email, and other relevant channels. Work with the company’s technology/digital teams to implement an efficient content management system (CMS), digital asset management approach, and other essential systems and tools such as marketing automation, email management, social media management, and analytics. Establish standards, systems, best practices, and workflow processes for managing the content lifecycle, including requesting, producing, distributing, promoting, measuring, and retiring content. Conduct ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness. Ensure a consistent global, enterprise-wide approach for content, including implementing taxonomies, meta tag structures, structured content, and localization/translation strategies where appropriate. Thought leadership Own our brand-level thought leadership strategy, including identifying core themes that cascade into our regional and product or service line marketing campaigns. Oversee the development of high-quality content, such as articles, white papers, research, and social media content, that showcases the company's expertise and insights. Lead discussions with internal and external experts to help develop and articulate our unique POV. In partnership with corporate communications and PR, develop our executive presence on the global stage across earned, owned, and social channels. Orchestrate our thought leadership presence on Vialto.com and other digital platforms. Identify and act on market opportunities to amplify the Vialto perspective. Conduct comparative and competitive analyses and other research to understand challenges, opportunities, and Vialto’s unique positions to own. Develop and implement metrics to track the impact of thought leadership initiatives. Team & budget leadership Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of brand, content, and thought leadership professionals. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. Manage within agreed budgets, and maintain tight oversight of vendor (agency) costs and deliverables. In addition, this role will have interim supervisory responsibility for the following functions: Corporate communications Work with the company’s PR agency of record to develop and deploy a comprehensive external communications strategy that lifts awareness and recognition of the Vialto brand in all major markets, promotes its competitive advantage, and thoughtfully raises executive visibility of leadership and subject matter experts across the company. Manage the day-to-day agency-of-record relationship and ensure it delivers its agreed scope of work at both a global and regional level. Act as a strategic advisor on communications issues to executive leadership. Internal communications Oversee the team responsible for internal messaging strategies that inspire, inform, and align employees across the organization. Partner with executive leadership on developing effective strategies and campaigns to communicate company-wide initiatives, programs, and goals. Oversee the employee communications experience across primary internal channels (Intranet, newsletters, Town Halls, partner and leader calls etc). Portfolio marketing Develop a portfolio marketing capability and approach that clearly and cohesively positions and differentiates Vialto’s technology, service, and product offerings in the market. Work with business stakeholders and product leadership to define target audiences, personas, and go-to-market strategies for each Vialto offering. Create and maintain high-quality sales enablement materials and tools. Develop mechanisms to formally capture and share market, client, and competitor intelligence and insights. Oversee best practice product lifecycle management enablement for all Vialto offerings. Qualifications: 20+ years of experience in global brand, content, communications and/or product marketing leadership roles. Demonstrated success in building and scaling global brands in global B2B and professional services industries. Demonstrated expertise in integrated marketing, storytelling, and digital content creation. Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agency partners. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Preferred skills: Global brand and content strategy experience Strong data orientation with ability to measure and report on brand and content ROI Experience working in high-growth or startup environments Experience working in B2B technology portfolio marketing Knowledge of SEO, social media strategy, and digital marketing tools What success looks like: Demonstrated improvement in brand engagement, awareness, and recall A distinctive, consistent identity that resonates Clear, compelling, and differentiated market proposition and messaging across all facets of the company’s business Growing share of voice in the markets and subjects that matter most to the company Established governance framework to drive consistency in brand and messaging World-class thought leadership platform Additional information Location: This is ideally a hybrid role, with possibility for remote work. We are focused on candidates located in/close to major business centers including Chicago, London, New York, San Francisco, Washington, D.C. Compensation Range: $161,300-$300,000 Some in-region and international travel may be required.
