Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions. Client Delivery & Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for client projects—managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while building trusted relationships. Help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally. Equity Program Management: Support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices, compliance requirements, and client objectives. 7+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field. Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations. Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent). Understanding of global tax and payroll implications for equity awards. Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
