Job Description We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Portfolio Marketing to help lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across our platform, products, and services. This role is responsible for developing and executing an integrated portfolio strategy that drives awareness, differentiation, and demand at scale. You’ll partner closely with product management, sales, brand, field marketing, and subject matter experts to ensure a cohesive market-facing narrative that supports business growth and client success. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ● Work with marketing leadership and product management to create and visualize a clear and a compelling marketecture for the company. ● Develop a clear and differentiated value proposition and messaging framework for the company’s technology platform and service offering. ● Clearly define target audiences and strategic segments for each of the company’s product and service offerings. ● Oversee best practice product lifecycle management across all portfolio offerings. Go-to-market leadership. ● Define and develop integrated GTM plans for new products, solutions, or platform capabilities. ● Align launches with client needs, market trends, and internal business goals. ● Partner with sales to develop compelling sales plays for new portfolio offerings that improve conversion and deal velocity. ● Support the broader marketing organization with content, campaigns, and messaging. ● Ensure the company website and other major external communication channels are kept up-to-date with the latest developments in the company’s portfolio. Client & Market insights ● Collect and leverage research, client feedback, and competitive intelligence to shape portfolio-level strategy and marketing tactics. ● Research and identify whitespace opportunities that build on the company’s competitive strengths. ● Develop data-led insights to inform technology roadmap investment decisions. Cross-functional collaboration ● Collaborate with product management, sales, brand, field marketing, client experience, and subject matter experts to ensure consistent messaging and value communication. ● Partner with field marketing to develop campaigns that generate demand and drive portfolio value. Sales enablement ● Develop and maintain portfolio-level content, tools, and training to support sales teams in consultative selling and solution-based conversations. Performance analysis ● Define KPIs and measure the success of portfolio marketing efforts. ● Use data to optimize positioning, campaigns, and client engagement strategies. Leadership & Communication ● Mentor, motivate, and work closely with colleagues to deliver high-performance outcomes. ● Build relationships and credibility with key stakeholders and executive leadership. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. ● 15+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on product or portfolio marketing, pricing, or packaging. ● Experience managing multiple product lines or solution areas. ● Proven ability to translate complex product features into clear, client- and user-centric messaging. ● Strong collaboration and leadership skills across marketing, product, and sales teams. ● Excellent communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking abilities. ● Experience in tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions preferred. Additional Information ● This is ideally a hybrid role, with possibility for remote work. We are focused on candidates in the United States. ● Some in-region travel and international travel may be required. ● This is a regular full-time position.
