You can also follow us on Linkedin and Instagram. Job Description As the Internal Communications Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Vialto's Internal communications. You will serve as a strategic business partner to Vialto's regional CEOs across APAC, EMEA and the Americas, driving effective internal communications initiatives that elevate employee engagement and align with our global internal communications strategy. You will be responsible for creating a comprehensive regional internal communications framework and strategy, building a network of communications champions, and producing compelling content that connects and engages our diverse workforce. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Strategic partnership: Collaborate with regional CEOs to understand their communication needs and develop tailored internal communications strategies that support business objectives across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions. Framework development: Design and implement an internal communications framework that aligns with the global internal communications strategy, focusing on boosting employee engagement and fostering a culture based on Vialto's new purpose and strategy. Network building: Establish and nurture a network of internal communications champions across each region to facilitate the effective delivery of internal communications initiatives and ensure consistent messaging. Event support: Assist the global internal communications team in planning and executing global and regional town halls and ad hoc events and activations. Content creation: Produce high-quality visual and written communications, including newsletters, announcements, and presentations, that resonate with employees and promote a sense of belonging and connectedness. Collaboration with Global Marketing team: Work closely with the Global Marketing team to promote client and external-facing initiatives to employees, ensuring alignment and understanding of our brand, products, and service lines. Tech stack support: Contribute to the delivery and optimization of the global internal communications technology stack, ensuring that tools and platforms are effectively utilized to enhance communication efforts. Skills required: Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Interpersonal communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Stakeholder management: Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and positive collaboration. Resilience: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and navigate challenges with a positive attitude. Problem solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Copywriting / proofreading: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting compelling narratives. Desirable platform experience: Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for managing internal communications campaigns. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 for document creation and collaboration. Experience with SharePoint for content management and internal resource sharing. Knowledge of Viva Engage for enhancing employee engagement and communication. Bonus: Experience in film, TV, or design, which can contribute to creative content development. Additional Information This is a regular full time position. This is a hybrid role. 3 days a week in the office. Location: New York Compensation: The maximum salary is $155,000. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
