About the Company A fast-growing consumer brand is seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to help scale its national digital presence. This organization operates in a high-growth, mission-driven category and is known for its strong commitment to clean living, sustainability, and innovative consumer experiences. With rapid expansion across eCommerce and retail channels, the company is building out a world-class growth marketing team to support its next stage of scale. Role Overview The Senior Paid Media Specialist will lead strategy and execution across a wide mix of paid digital channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and OTT/CTV. This individual will manage large monthly budgets, drive new customer acquisition, and collaborate closely with Creative, Web/eCommerce, and Operations. This role is ideal for someone who loves the intersection of creative storytelling and analytical performance marketing—and who is comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Strategy & Execution • Build and scale full-funnel paid media strategies across core paid channels. • Own campaign setup, budgeting, audience segmentation, and optimization to achieve ROAS, CPA, and LTV targets. • Drive ongoing testing of creative, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion. • Manage daily/weekly/monthly budgets and assist with forecasting. Creative Collaboration • Provide performance insights to inform new creative concepts, hooks, and messaging frameworks. • Develop clear and actionable creative briefs rooted in data. • Share trends, angles, and platform learnings to support content ideation. Data & Reporting • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and optimization opportunities. • Monitor performance in real time and produce weekly performance summaries. • Manage attribution, conversion tracking, and data accuracy across analytics tools. • Translate insights into actionable strategies for marketing and product teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership • Partner with Creative, Web/eCommerce, and Operations to ensure alignment across growth initiatives. • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and emerging trends. • Support the mentorship and development of junior media buyers. • Help establish scalable systems for campaign management and reporting. Qualifications • 3–6 years of paid media experience, ideally within DTC, consumer brand, or CPG environments. • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; TikTok and YouTube experience a plus. • Proven success profitably scaling accounts with $100K+ monthly spend. • Deep knowledge of paid social and search campaign structures, creative testing, and audience strategy. • Strong proficiency with GA4, conversion tracking, attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam), and Meta Pixel. • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort analyzing CAC, LTV, and contribution margin. • Ability to think strategically while executing in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Interest in sustainability, natural products, or mission-driven brands is a plus.
