As a Consumer Lifecycle Marketing Associate Principal you will be at the forefront of how we connect with our riders, crafting the messages that define their experience with Via. You’ll be the owner of our marketing communications from end-to-end, shaping a holistic and scaled strategy across multiple cities. What You'll Do: • Own and operate our marketing messaging/communications platform, with a strong focus on leveraging it to its full potential. • Build and manage complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns, from initial concept to execution and performance analysis. • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that can be scaled and customized for diverse communities and local markets. • Lead the operational management of our marketing automation platform for the entire growth team, functioning as a subject matter expert with CRM manager-level skills. • Design and execute A/B tests and predictive experiments within our messaging platform to continuously optimize messaging and campaign effectiveness. • Analyze campaign performance and rider data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. • Collaborate with the broader marketing growth team to ensure a cohesive and impactful rider communication experience. • Design, write, and deploy compelling and creative copy for a variety of rider-facing communications, including emails, push notifications, and text message, images, gifs etc. • Develop and maintain replicable processes and playbooks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing communications. • Collaborate with partner orgs to train them on communication building while being a center of excellence within the organization for this function. Who You Are: • A technical expert with extensive, hands-on experience with marketing tools, including building complex campaigns, analyzing results, and utilizing testing and predictive features. • An organized and detail-oriented operator, capable of managing large-scale marketing operations with precision. • A strategic thinker who can develop and execute a holistic communication strategy across multiple markets. • Comfortable in a macro & micro role, able to both devise high-level strategy and get into the weeds of campaign execution. • A strong collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals. • Proactive and independent, with the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish. • Experience with other marketing automation and analytics platforms is a plus. • A passionate and creative communicator, with a talent for crafting engaging copy that resonates with diverse audiences. • A genuine interest in mobility and a desire to help communities thrive by improving access to transportation. Compensation and Benefits: • Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
