The selected candidate is part of the community's management team and will have significant responsibility for ensuring a high quality welcoming experience for residents and guests. Qualifications: Qualified applicants will possess the following: • 10 years of progressive experience in quality Food & Beverages operations management in high quality restaurant, country club, hotel, or senior living company • Previous experience with oversight of multiple Food & Beverages venues • Demonstrated knowledge and skills with budgets, reporting, training and staff management • Current state health and sanitation certification • Ability to supervise, hire, train and motivate staff • A strong systems orientation with Microsoft office skills and experience with a POS system • Effective communication, financial acumen, social skills and standards appropriate for the operation of formal dining operations • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) designation is a plus • As required, possess or be willing to obtain CDM and Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE) • Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certified • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business or related field is preferred Pay Range: USD $117,701.00 - USD $153,021.00 /Yr.
