Sr Ruby on Rails Developer (SaaS & API) Location: 100% Remote Job Type: Contract Role Working Hours: 6 30 PM to 3 30 AM or 8 30 PM to 5 30 AM Required Skills • Ruby on Rails (5+ years) - Strong hands-on experience building and scaling production-grade SaaS applications. • REST APIs & Third-Party Integrations (4+ years) - Experience with external APIs, authentication (OAuth), webhooks, and data synchronization. • Backend Architecture & System Design (4+ years) - Designing scalable, secure, high-performance backend systems. • SaaS & Agile Environment (3+ years) - Experience working on large-scale SaaS products in distributed/Agile teams. • Technical Leadership & Mentorship (2+ years) - Ownership of features end-to-end, mentoring developers, and driving best practices.
