General Marketing Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish) We are looking for a General Marketing Manager (Bilingual: English & Spanish) to lead the creation and growth of our marketing agency located in Longwood, Florida. Responsibilities: • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO). • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and coordinate the creative team. • Oversee sales funnels, CRM (GoHighLevel), automations, and performance metrics. • Prepare reports and propose growth strategies. • Lead, support, and motivate the marketing team. Requirements: • Must live near Longwood, Florida. • Bilingual: English & Spanish (mandatory). • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and project management. • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, CRM tools. • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
