We are hiring and looking for a dynamic tenured well networked and results driving Account Executive Sales for our Palm Beach Territory. Account Executive Sales Representative you will: • Build relationships with the physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities’ management, discharge planners, and case managers to promote our homecare services for Medicare and Private Duty Nursing. • Conduct in-services, presentations, educational, host and attend relevant events by introducing our home health care services to physicians, patients, their families, facility staff and other referral sources. • Coordinate and complete on-site discharge planning when needed. • Ability to perform an initial territory market analysis and required business development plans quarterly/annually. Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating all marketing/sales activities for the company services. • Develop and establish new business referral sources consistently. • Successfully maintain current relationships with referral sources. Meet regularly with the clinical team. • Identify and implement market strategies with sales and clinical teams resulting in continued census growth. • Maintains knowledge of Medicare and State specific home health care regulations. • Obtains physician's order for specified treatments and participates in the referral process. • Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts in accordance with the market sales plan. • Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions and proposal or contract pricing. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required. • Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to appropriately represent the Company service capabilities to the targeted referral source audience is required. • MUST HAVE Previous healthcare sales experience preferred such as selling in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), DME, ortho, cardio, etc. OR previous experience as a clinical liaison preferred. • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills required. Microsoft Office proficiency required. • Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
