Senior SharePoint Developer About the Role Vertical Relevance is seeking a skilled Senior SharePoint Developer to join our growing team. This full-time remote role is ideal for someone passionate about cloud transformation, technical leadership, and delivering impactful solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SharePoint Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments, strong development skills using Power Platform, SPFx, and .NET technologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure business solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Designer. Migrate legacy SharePoint sites and applications to SharePoint Online. Develop and maintain custom web parts, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure SharePoint solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational standards. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues and performance bottlenecks. Maintain documentation for architecture, configuration, and development processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development Proficiency in SPFx, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS. Experience with C#, .NET, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph. Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, content types, and permissions. Familiarity with Azure services and integration with SharePoint. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-600, PL-400). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Viva integrations. Experience with governance and compliance in Microsoft 365 environments. Why Vertical Relevance?
