Pain Territory Business Manager The Pain Territory Business Manager plays a critical role in promoting the safe and effective use of JOURNAVX among Health Care Professionals within the community setting. Key Responsibilities: • Establishes meaningful relationships with assigned physicians to drive awareness and adoption of JOURNAVX. • Develops expertise on product clinical attributes and educates healthcare professionals on product use. • Understands physician dynamics, stakeholder mapping, key decision maker relationship management, patient protocols, referral network navigation, access, and drivers & barriers. • Implements territory business plans to identify growth opportunities and supports account engagement strategy within hospital settings. • Drives sales performance and ensures forecasts meet territory expectations. • Collaborates with field team members and headquarters colleagues to create aligned business plans and share best practices. Required Experience: • 5+ years of biotech sales experience; product launch experience highly desired. • Experience effectively engaging with retail pharmacies and managing care pull through. • Ability to understand patient treatment nuances, including care coordination and influence networks. • Highly competent in IT capabilities, including Veeva CRM.
