A company is looking for a Senior Aerospace & Defense Recruiter. Key Responsibilities • Perform full lifecycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates • Create position descriptions and market the company brand to attract top talent • Develop and execute sourcing plans while managing candidate engagement and the hiring process Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 6+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume government contracting environment • Extensive knowledge of Aviation/Aerospace & Defense industry-related jobs • Ability to handle large requisition loads and create effective recruiting strategies • Proficiency in sourcing methodologies and community-based networking strategies
